lot-0000, title: 2nd amendment to the integrated information management system of the subsidized program "exoikonomo 2023" & "exoikonomo renovate for young people" of the ministry of energy and environment, description: the subject of this 2nd amendment to the contract is the modification and completion of the main contract, in order to include additional services such as a) the functional and technical design of the system, the analysis of workflows and the study of applicable rules and requirements, b) the development and parameterization of the front-end and back-end software, the relational database, the rules mechanism, deadlines and notifications, user roles and rights, as well as the generated forms, reports, and statistics, c) the development and parameterization of the required interfaces and connections with the eligibility certification system, the aade, the cape, the engineers registry of tee, the energy inspectors lottery system, the greek development bank, and nine (9) banking institutions, d) the design and execution of quality, completeness, interoperability, load, and performance tests, as well as the rectification of any errors or malfunctions, e) the configuration of a testing environment (staging) and the placement of the new subsystem into full production operation within the existing g-cloud infrastructure, maintaining high availability and security requirements, f) project management and coordination with the contracting authority, the ministry of environment and energy, and other involved parties, and g) the provision of maintenance and support services during the warranty period until 31/01/2027, without additional financial burden on the contracting authority.
