lot-0001, title: procurement of activated carbon for szolnok surface waterworks., description: the subject of the contract: sale of 375 m3 of new activated carbon (hereinafter referred to as goods) according to the provisions of the draft contract, the technical description, and the related annexes. the winning bidder's task is to deliver the goods to the contracting authority and load them into the facility located at the site specified in the draft contract, as well as to extract, transport, and dispose of the exhausted adsorbent. the contracting authority understands new activated carbon to mean a product that has not yet been used and has not been reactivated. bids can be submitted with activated carbon that meets the quality requirements specified in the technical description and draft contract. the compliance of the activated carbon must be verified for each quality parameter required by the contracting authority in the procurement documentation (invitation, technical description, draft contract, and, if applicable, additional information). the bidder is obliged to prove all this with an official technical specification and quality certificate. in case of quality disputes, the quality defined by the parameters specified in the technical specification and offered is decisive. the extraction of used activated carbon must be carried out with a water jet pump, using a certified pipe or hose system with a minimum pressure of 10 bar from the +7.8 m level. vortex pumps cannot be used due to their grinding effect on the activated carbon. other manual or mechanical extraction and loading methods are not acceptable due to the risk of damaging the plastic filter candles built into the filter cover. the seller is obliged to provide the necessary equipment and machines for the execution. the contracting authority will provide the water necessary for extraction and loading. the winning bidder must ensure comprehensive administration (from ordering to delivery and on-site work, through to invoicing – thus covering all processes affecting the contracting authority) in hungarian. the parameters of the products to be procured and the requirements of the contracting authority are included in the technical description. detailed specifications are included in the technical description, price table, and draft contract, which are part of the procurement documents. the raw material of the activated carbon: coal, agglomerated. the delivered product must have a valid drinking water safety permit/registration, which allows for use in drinking water according to the 5/2023.
