lot-0001, title: section a: "procurement of plastic cards for the issuance of licenses for operators of high-speed vessels along with their accessories" o.p.s. e.s.h.d.i.s. 413082, description: section a: "procurement of plastic cards for the issuance of licenses for operators of high-speed vessels along with their accessories – procurement of magnetic cards". the contract conclusion process aims at the procurement of plastic cards (along with their accessories) to meet the needs of the port police directorate of the coast guard headquarters – hellenic coast guard for the printing of high-speed vessel operator licenses. these cards will be used by the port authorities for the issuance of new licenses, renewals, replacements due to loss, damage, and changes in the holder's details. the right of option concerns exclusively and solely section a "procurement of plastic cards for the issuance of licenses for operators of high-speed vessels along with their accessories" and constitutes a unilateral discretionary right of the contracting authority, for an increase of up to 100% of the estimated value and the physical object of the contract, which may be exercised whenever deemed necessary, with one or more decisions of the contracting authority, to address the needs arising for the issuance of licenses for operators of high-speed vessels in conjunction with the provisions of the applicable legislation and the issued regulatory acts regarding the obligation to issue such cards. the right of option is exercised solely by the declaration of the contracting authority to the contractor before the expiration of the validity period of the framework agreement. the provided goods are classified under the following codes of the common procurement vocabulary {(cpv): 30160000-8 (plastic cards), 30194220-3 (lamination ribbons), 30192320-0 (ink ribbons)}. the contract will be awarded based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer exclusively based on price. a detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is provided in annex st' (technical specifications) of the no. 03/2026 announcement. detailed information is also provided at the unique url https://nepps-search.eprocurement.gov.gr/actsearch/resources/search/413082 which provides direct access to the data and documents of the public contract of the electronic process with aa 413082 in e.s.h.d.i.s.
