lot-0000, title: business and system analysis of the new information system (kopa) for the ministry of culture, description: the purpose of the procurement is to find a service provider to conduct business and system analysis for the future adaptation program data repository (kopa) of the ministry of culture. during the procurement, the business processes, functional and non-functional requirements, data compositions, data flows, and integration needs of the new data repository will be mapped, as well as the architecture and technical solution of the information system will be described. the aim of the analysis is to create a clear basis for designing the architecture of the future solution, business processes, data model, and legal framework, taking into account the possibilities for reusing existing solutions. the analysis includes addressing data protection and legal aspects and preparing a data protection impact assessment (dpia). as a result of the work, a comprehensive analysis will be produced, which includes input for preparing the development procurement, an assessment of the system's development and maintenance costs, and proposals for shaping the legal regulation of the data repository. the deadline for fulfilling the procurement contract is up to 6 months from the signing of the contract. / grounds for exclusion and qualification conditions: see the procurement base documents.
