lot-0000, title: call for tenders for a road transport service for replacing rail traffic with buses on the nyon-st-cergue-morez railway line, description: * firm tranche the nyon — st-cergue — la cure railway line is owned by the nyon-st-cergue-morez railway company (nstcm sa). as part of various railway works, partial or complete interruptions of rail traffic may occur. the nstcm sa company must be able to anticipate and organize the establishment of a replacement bus service during partial or complete interruptions of rail traffic. nstcm sa is looking for a transport provider to conclude a framework contract for a period of 4 years, renewable for one year. nstcm sa must also deal with unplanned interruptions of its line during unpredictable events (technical incidents, accidents, bad weather, etc.). we have planned interruptions and unplanned interruptions, short-term or urgent. in all cases, replacement road transport services must be organized. the purpose of this call for tenders is therefore to establish replacement buses on the nyon - saint-cergue - morez railway line during planned and unplanned interruptions. the main objectives of the mandate are as follows: • ensure a replacement bus service in case of planned interruption on the line as close as possible to the current offer (schedule, comfort, information, and passenger experience). • ensure a replacement bus service in case of unplanned interruption on the line. * optional tranche the contract also includes an optional tranche for the installation and removal of posts along the line. the bidder will use the stock of posts provided by nstcm. subcontracting is allowed for this service.
