lot-0001, title: central purchase of passenger vehicles – category 1a gasoline manual, description: delivery of passenger motor vehicles of category 1a gasoline manual always including: • 2 keys or remote controls for the given passenger car; • a second set of tires including rims (summer or winter depending on the delivery date of the passenger car), or one or two sets of all-season tires including rims. the number of sets in the case of all-season tires will always be subject to determination in the partial purchase agreement. and if it is relevant based on valid and effective legal regulations, always including: • a paper and/or electronic version of the manual, i.e., the operating and maintenance instructions for the given passenger car in the czech language; • a paper and/or electronic version of the service book (hereinafter referred to as the 'service book') for the given passenger car; • the original vehicle registration certificate for the passenger car in paper or electronic form (if the procedure according to article i paragraph 8, third and fourth sentences of the framework agreement does not apply); • coc sheet (if the procedure according to article i paragraph 8, third and fourth sentences of the framework agreement applies); • the original protocol of the technical inspection of the passenger car, or the certificate of technical suitability of the passenger car; • a detailed breakdown of claims for the operation and maintenance of the passenger car (only if not stated in the service book); • any other accompanying documents for the passenger car in the czech language. provision of maintenance services for the delivered passenger cars, if requested by the buyer within the relevant partial purchase agreement. the expected number of vehicles to be acquired during the duration of the framework agreement is 289. the contracting authorities are authorized under § 100 paragraph 1 of the public procurement act to acquire passenger vehicles up to the limit of the required number of passenger cars specified in annex 1 of the framework agreement increased by 20%. the total maximum number of vehicles acquired based on the public contract is thus 346. the implementation of the subject of performance defined in article i of the framework agreement will take place throughout the duration of the framework agreement, based on individual purchase agreements concluded in accordance with the provisions of § 134 of the public procurement act. the entities for which the public contract is awarded are also contracting authorities for which the number of required vehicles is not specified in annex 1 of the framework agreement and who are identified in annex 6 of the tender documentation, i.e., contracting authorities who define potential requirements based on the conclusion of a purchase agreement for the subject of the public contract in accordanc
