lot-0001, title: construction of a transshipment station with transshipment hall, office building, depot, and outdoor facilities, description: ecowerf is continuously changing. to remain sufficiently dynamic and future-oriented, investing in the expansion of a logistics hub is a necessity. as provided in the extension file and the design of the business plan, ecowerf plans to expand a transshipment station in tienen. the construction of the transshipment station for various waste fractions includes the following aspects: - the construction of a transshipment hall for the transshipment of door-to-door fractions (organic waste, pmd, bulky waste, residual waste, paper and cardboard, and roadside mowing) with an automatic extinguishing system - the construction of an administrative building housing a reception, office spaces, cafeteria, changing rooms, and showers - the construction of a depot for 10 collection trucks, which will be replaced by electric collection trucks in the future. - the construction of a bicycle storage and a parking lot for staff - the outdoor development of the site with access, a weighbridge, roads, infiltration basins, and landscaping. - the construction of a cab on july 7, 2025, the environmental application was submitted and granted at the end of december 2025. the proposed schedule for the project is as follows: - awarding of contract: july 2026 - start of works: autumn 2026 - provisional delivery: spring 2028 cpv classification: 45200000-9 complete or partial construction and civil engineering works.
