lot-0001, title: supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an analytical combustion ion chromatography chain (aox-ic) for the laboratory of environmental chemistry (lce) of the university of aix – marseille, description: the purpose of this contract is the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an analytical combustion – ion chromatography chain (aox-ic) for the laboratory of environmental chemistry (lce) of aix-marseille university. the consultation was conducted according to an open tender procedure in accordance with the provisions mentioned in 1° of article r. 2124-2 of the public procurement code and articles r2161-2 to r2161-5 of the public procurement code. this is a firm tranche contract with optional tranche(s) in accordance with the provisions mentioned in articles r2113-4 to r2113-6 of the public procurement code. estimated value of the contract (non-contractual information) for all tranches combined: €179,000 excluding vat. -firm tranche (tf): titled acquisition of a combustion system compatible with coupling to an ion chromatography system, including a feeder for solid and liquid samples and associated services. the tf includes an optional variant as described in article 6.3 of the ccp. -optional tranche 1 (to1): extension of warranty for an additional two (2) years of the complete analytical chain - optional tranche 2 (to2): preventive maintenance of the complete analytical chain for a duration of three (3) years. modalities for firming up optional tranches: the execution of each optional tranche is subject to a decision to firm up the concerned tranche by the contracting authority. this decision is notified in writing to the contractor by mail (sent via place/mel/postal mail). start of services for the optional tranche(s): the execution of the concerned tranche starts from the notification of the mail. deadline for firming up tranches: the decision to firm up the optional tranche(s) may be made during the duration of the contract. this is a non-renewable contract. the contract takes effect from the date of receipt of its notification by the contractor until the date of acceptance of the services (noted in the acceptance report of all services), for a maximum duration of 12 months. the applicable execution deadlines are those on which the contractor has committed in their offer (cf. annex 1 to the commitment act – price schedule). for information: the execution deadlines will be suspended during the closure period of the establishment, from monday, december 21, 2026, to sunday, january 3, 2027, inclusive. during this period, no delivery, installation, commissioning, or training services can be carried out.
