lot-0001, title: execution of annual works for clearing, cleaning, collection, and transportation of grass and materials from archaeological sites on the island of lesbos, under the jurisdiction of the lesbos antiquities service. description: the subject of the contract is the provision of annual works for clearing, cleaning, collection, and transportation of grass and materials from the archaeological sites on the island of lesbos, under the responsibility of the lesbos antiquities service for the years 2026-2028, as described in detail in the attached technical description (appendix i), which is an integral part of this announcement. the provided services are classified under the following codes of the common vocabulary for public contracts cpv: 90522400-6/cleaning and processing of soil. offers are submitted for the totality of the provided services. the assignment of the contract is not feasible in the form of separate parts, due to the nature of the project and its indivisible character. the estimated value of the contract amounts to two hundred eighty-two thousand fifty-one euros and twenty-eight cents (282,051.28 โฌ) excluding vat 17% (estimated value including vat: three hundred thirty thousand euros (330,000.00 โฌ), vat: forty-seven thousand nine hundred forty-eight euros and seventy-two cents (47,948.72 โฌ). the duration of the contract is set for up to twenty-nine (29) months from the date of signing the contract and in any case not beyond 31-12-2028. during this period, the contractor will provide the services mentioned herein, consisting of clearing, cleaning, collection, and transportation of grass and materials from the archaeological sites on the island of lesbos, under the jurisdiction of the lesbos antiquities service for the years 2026-2028, twice a year, at times to be determined each time and for each site by the contracting authority. a detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is provided in appendix i of this announcement. the contract will be awarded based on the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, based on price.
