lot-0000, title: execution of works on the reconstruction and extension of the equestrian center, description: reconstruction and extension of the equestrian center in barban on plot no. 270 k.o. barban with the aim of promoting and developing equestrian sports, meeting the demand of the local community, and preserving the cultural and historical heritage represented by the traditional sports event "race for the ring". the equestrian center in barban will consist of a complex of the existing building for horse accommodation and its expansion, as well as the construction of a new facility. the building of the equestrian center consists of a ground floor with a gross area of 219.35 m2. the ground floor consists of the existing stable part for the occasional accommodation of horses, which is planned for reconstruction, additional spaces for horse boxes, storage/tack room, and sanitary facilities (male/female/for persons with reduced mobility) will be added. a continuous canopy is also being constructed, which connects the roof structure and the additional volume of the building. in the new northwest part, an entrance area, changing rooms, an office, a meeting room, sanitary facilities (male/female/for persons with reduced mobility), and a smaller catering facility with storage and employee space (changing room and sanitary facilities) are planned. the ground floor is connected by a roof structure that covers the outdoor space of the catering facility (terrace) and areas for feeding horses. the building of the equestrian center is intended for the temporary accommodation of horses. the gross floor area of the equestrian center will amount to 1,032.00 m2 with one above-ground floor. the subject of procurement includes works on the reconstruction and extension of the equestrian center, namely the execution of the following types of works: construction works, craft works, electrical installation works, mechanical installation works, and water and sewage works. with the established equestrian center, in addition to the valorization and protection of the race for the ring, a positive effect will be created on the local community, promoting equestrian sports in the area of the municipality of barban, which will contribute to the long-term development of the local area. in this way, people will be encouraged to participate more actively in equestrian sports, and young people will be provided with new interesting areas of interest and opportunities for sports and recreational activities. since it represents the first equestrian center in istria, it influences the improvement of the tourist offer of the municipality of barban and istria county. a detailed description of the procurement subject has been made available to all potential bidders through annex 2. execution project (note: map 1 – architectural project, due to the file size and upl
