(2) under priority 5 'air' of the 'environment' program 2021-2027.' the municipality of pernik is implementing the project 'for cleaner air in the municipality of pernik, by replacing solid fuel heating appliances with ecological alternatives', financed by administrative contract for non-repayable financial assistance (adbfpa) no. bg16ffpr002-5.002-0002-c01/ 24.04.2024, concluded under the procedure for direct provision of non-repayable financial assistance no. bg16ffpr002-5.002 'for cleaner air!' (2) under priority 5 'air' of the 'environment' program 2021-2027. the overall goal of the project is to improve the quality of atmospheric air in the municipality of pernik by reducing pm10 emissions from household heating as one of the main sources of air pollution. the scope of the public procurement includes the following activities: preparation of a project for the construction and installation of a photovoltaic system for self-consumption on a roof structure, as well as an assessment of the sustainability of external factors, including climate risks and safety of the facility. the project should contain design solutions in the 'structures' parts by a structural engineer and 'electrical' by an electrical engineer with drawings, schemes, calculations, technical specifications, and instructions for the implementation of the installation, ensuring safe operation and protection against the return of electrical energy to the electricity distribution network in connection with the fulfillment of the requirements of art. 147, para. 2, second sentence and art. 151, para. 10 of the spatial development act; delivery, installation (including construction and installation works for installing ph
