lot-0000, title: default lot, description: provision of occasional air transport services for passengers, through the reservation and issuance of airline tickets for domestic and international flights for passengers, according to the specific travel needs of the personnel of the protection and guard service based on subsequent contracts to the framework agreement, which will be concluded during its validity. during the framework agreement, it is estimated that a minimum of 100 tickets and a maximum of 8000 tickets will be purchased. for a single contract/subsequent order among those that will be awarded during the framework agreement, it is estimated that a minimum of 1 ticket and a maximum of 20 tickets will be purchased. the estimated value of the largest contract/subsequent order that is anticipated to be awarded during the framework agreement is: 100,000 ron excluding vat. the actual number of tickets will be determined based on the needs of the contracting authority at the time of awarding the subsequent contracts and the funds allocated for this purpose. the contracting authority will conclude a framework agreement with at least 3 economic operators, with no maximum limit, subsequently awarding, by resuming competition among the economic operators who are signatories of the framework agreement, subsequent contracts for domestic and/or international air transport services for passengers for the destinations/classes/duration/conditions of travel established by the contracting authority in the stage of resuming the competition. the awarding of subsequent contracts will be carried out in compliance with the elements/conditions provided in the framework agreement, by resuming competition whenever the need arises to organize trips within the country and/or abroad for the personnel or delegates of the contracting authority.
