lot-0001, title: framework agreement for the purchase of mobile devices, accessories, and related services, description: police zone voorkempen wishes, as a purchasing center in the sense of article 2, 6°, a) of the public procurement act of june 17, 2016, to conclude a framework agreement for the purchase of mobile devices (gsm, smartphones, tablets) and accessories whereby the purchasing entities and/or their employees can order via an associated online ordering platform and whereby appropriate professional service and support before and after sale is provided, so that the purchasing entities are relieved of the purchasing, delivery, and service process of mobile devices and accessories. the offered solution includes among others: - provision of an online choose your own device platform allowing the (employees of the) purchasing entities to choose and purchase a mobile device (gsm/smartphone/tablet) and accessories at a competitive price (competitive prices that follow market prices), whereby part of the purchase amount can be paid by the purchasing entity (fixed budget provided by the purchasing entity) and part by the employee if the purchase exceeds that budget; - sale and delivery of mobile devices (gsm/smartphone/tablet): the bidders will compile a list of devices that can be delivered and supported (device offer list), which must include at least the devices listed in the inventory in the specifications (reference list of devices) and is limited to devices powered by android and ios. based on the device offer list, the purchasing entities individually determine which devices are effectively offered to the employee within the online platform. this offer can be limited upon request; - sale and delivery of accessories: the bidders will compile a list of accessories that can be delivered and supported for the devices from the device offer list (accessory offer list). this must include at least the devices listed in the specifications (reference list of devices); - service level agreement (sla): appropriate professional service and support before and after the sale of mobile devices and accessories (including the mandatory option for insurance). this assignment is a delivery assignment in the sense of art. 2, 20° of the public procurement act. it concerns a framework agreement as intended in art. 2, 35° of the public procurement act of june 17, 2016. the framework agreement will be concluded with one participant. the conclusion of an agreement does not grant the contractor any exclusivity rights. during the term of this framework agreement, the police zone voorkempen and any other purchasing entity may have services (services/deliveries), identical or analogous to those described in the specifications, performed under this framework agreement. the contractor cannot claim any compensation in this regard. there is no
