lot-0001, title: supply of fuels for transportation & heating, description: supply 1) diesel fuel with a total quantity of 191,950 liters 2) unleaded gasoline with a total quantity of 20,850 liters and 3) heating oil with a total quantity of 42,800 liters. technical specifications of items: 1) diesel fuel, must comply with the specifications of the joint ministerial decision of the ministers of economy & finance and environment, spatial planning and public works no. 514/2004/06 (government gazette 1490 b/9102006): as amended by no. 460/2009/10 (government gazette 67 b/2812010) and according to the joint ministerial decision no. 316/2010 (government gazette 501b/29022012) as amended by no.: 77/2016 (government gazette 4217/b/28122016) joint ministerial decision of the ministers of economy and development, environment and energy and according to joint ministerial decision 76/2016 (government gazette 4217/b/28122016) "diesel fuel used as engine fuel requirements and testing methods". the hydrocarbons in question will be petroleum distillates or pyrolysis products or mixtures thereof in such proportions as to meet all the terms of the above decision. in general, the properties of diesel fuel will be those provided by the applicable legislation and described in the above decision, such as: minimum cetane number 51, maximum sulfur content 10mg/kg. diesel fuel will have its natural color without the addition of coloring substances or markers. the fuel must be free from other impurities such as water and heating oil. 2) unleaded gasoline, must comply with the specifications of joint ministerial decision 510/2004/07 (government gazette 872 b/462007) and according to joint ministerial decision no. 316/2010 (government gazette 501b/29022012) as amended by joint ministerial decision no. 77/2016 (government gazette 4217/b/28122016) and according to joint ministerial decision 147/2015 (government gazette 293/b/1222016) "automobile fuels unleaded gasoline requirements and testing methods" such as: minimum octane number, ron 95, maximum sulfur content 10mg/kg, lead content 5mg/lt. under no circumstances is mixing with super gasoline, water, or oil allowed. 3) heating oil must comply with the specifications of the joint ministerial decision of the ministers of economy & finance and environment, spatial planning and public works no. 467/2002/03 (government gazette 1531 b’/161003) & 468/2002/03 (government gazette 1273/592003): specifications and methods for controlling heating oil, such as: minimum cetane index 40, heating oil has a red color and contains the marker solvent yellow 124, at a rate of 6 milligrams per liter, the intensity of the coloring ranges from astm no 3 to astm no 5. the fuel must be free from other impurities (water, diesel fuel, etc.).
