1.1.ubico ltd are conducting a further-competition for the provision of supply, delivery and recycling of wheeled bins and associated products to support waste collection services.
1.2.this further-competition is issued in relation to the refuse and recycling products framework agreement, procured by ypo in compliance with the public contracts regulations 2015. this further-competition will involve inviting tenders from all suppliers who were successfully awarded onto lot 3 and lot 4.
