lot-0001, title: kopú branišov na šumave and part of the cadastral area dobríkov na šumave, description: the subject of the public contract is the preparation of a proposal for comprehensive land adjustments (hereinafter referred to as "kopú") in the cadastral area of branišov na šumave and in the neighboring part of the cadastral area of dobríkov na šumave, including the necessary geodetic work in the accuracy class designated for the restoration of the real estate cadastre according to decree no. 357/2013 coll., on the cadastre of real estate, as amended. the proposal for kopú will be prepared so that it can be registered in the real estate cadastre. the work will serve as a basis for the decision of the land office on the approval of the proposal for land adjustments and the decision on the exchange or transfer of ownership rights. the proposal for kopú will be prepared according to a more detailed breakdown that precisely corresponds to the requirements specified in decree no. 13/2014 coll., on the procedure for carrying out land adjustments and the requirements for the proposal for land adjustments, as amended. kopú will be addressed with regard to the adjustment of water management conditions and anti-erosion measures. the area of kopú will include the cadastral area of the municipality of branišov na šumave and the neighboring part of the cadastral area of dobríkov na šumave, excluding the built-up area of the municipality. the expected area of the addressed territory is 152 ha.
