lot-0001, title: maintenance works by sequentially replacing the components of the railway superstructure within the bucharest regional railway branch, description: the execution of these works involves the sequential replacement of the components of the railway superstructure and the realization of the railway without joints, resulting in bringing the line to parameters for a circulation speed of 120 km/h for passenger and freight trains, and implicitly, increasing the established speed and lifting speed restrictions, and includes: - dismantling the existing railway, arranging the dismantled materials outside the gauge on the railway bench; transporting the materials removed from the railway to storage locations established by the beneficiary; - replacing the components of the railway superstructure with new materials purchased by the contractor (type 60 concrete sleepers equipped with elastic fastening, type 60 railway devices mounted on concrete sleepers, crushed stone, jills and transition coupons, concrete or elastic slabs for level crossings (where applicable), completing the prism of crushed stone to the instructional dimensions for lines with welded rail; - mechanized profiling, drilling, and mechanized ripping to bring the line to the longitudinal and directional profile, followed by dynamic stabilization of the railway will be performed by the beneficiary; - realization of the railway without joints and incorporation of railway devices into cfj, performed by the contractor; - installation of the components of the level crossings with the railway and realization of the connections with the roadway, performed by the contractor; - cleaning and ensuring the drainage systems for rainwater along the railway, areas of railway devices or existing level crossings, performed by the contractor; - normal and extraordinary maintenance of the works by the contractor until their handover to the beneficiary; - activities and consumables necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the perimeter where the work is executed, dismantling and removing any temporary works or activities, performed by the contractor. the execution of the works will take place within the operational area of the bucharest regional railway branch, in accordance with the requirements of the specifications no. 2/1/830/2021. quantities: the maximum quantity of the framework agreement is 165 km of work, the minimum quantity of the framework agreement is 31 km of work, the maximum quantity of a subsequent contract is 52 km of work, the minimum quantity of a subsequent contract is 7 km of work. the framework agreement will be concluded at the central cfr level, and subsequent contracts will be concluded at the regional level, within the limits of allocated funds. frequency of subsequent contracts: maximum 2 subsequent contracts/year. the estimated value of the lar
