lot-0000, title: general planner – training place bettwil (ag), replacement new construction infrastructure, description: the building we 3596 bg is to be demolished at the training area bettwil, and a replacement new construction is to be created at the same location. construction measures related to soil improvement and the demolition of the building we 3596 bg are not part of the contract. the replacement new construction is located at the entrance of the bettwil area and is intended to include a large common room for the troops, office spaces, and the facilities of the guard (lodge, common area, sleeping quarters). furthermore, a small annex building/shelter for waste disposal and id/pd station with shoe washing facility is planned. the single-story replacement new construction is designed as a simple, modular building in wooden skeleton construction, which must meet the minergie-a-eco requirements. the concept of modular construction (element construction) must be taken into account in the planning and implementation. further information about the construction project can be found in the construction project dossier including annex. as part of this tender, a general planner is to be procured for the planning and implementation of the construction measures for the sia phases 41 – 53.
