lot-0000, title: online survey platform zkm, description: the objective of the procurement is to further conduct web-based online surveys with customers as well as employees of the ba and employed persons in the german labor market, using an externally hosted online survey platform. to evaluate the quality of both internal and external services of the ba, the ba requires a web-based survey center that is hosted externally by the contractor in a certified data center in germany. according to the procedures in zkm and iab for contacting respondents, it is necessary for users' access to the survey platform to occur through the use of different domains or subdomains. therefore, the contractor's tasks include the technical registration of the domains including subdomains in the name of the ba or the iab. at the end of the contract period, the domains including all subdomains remain with the ba. non-optional services: • time-limited access to a saas solution including operational services + provision • exit management concept optional services: • one-time 12-month extension of the time-limited access to a saas solution including operational services + provision of the survey platform • dashboard • dashboard extension option • provision and operational services of ongoing surveys with panel functionality (including associated online portals), see chap. 2.1.9 • time-limited access including operational services of ongoing surveys with panel functionality (including associated online portals), extension option • training • service contingent • service contingent panel functionality • exit management services the estimated call volume over the entire contract period is approximately 75 person-days. one person-day corresponds to 8 person-hours, i.e., a total of 600 person-hours. additionally, up to 200 person-hours can be called for further developments on panel functions.
