lot-0001, title: provision of airline tickets in the country and abroad for the air transport of passengers and luggage for business trips for the needs of the communications regulation commission, description: the subject of the public procurement covers the provision of the following services: a. making reservations and providing airline tickets for the transport of passengers and luggage for business trips in the country and abroad, at the request of the contracting authority; and if necessary and after a request from the contracting authority: b. providing hotel reservations abroad, at the request of the contracting authority; c. medical insurance for business trips abroad, at the request of the contracting authority; d. travel cancellation insurance for business trips abroad, at the request of the contracting authority. the contractor must ensure the possibility of accepting requests during and outside working hours, including on weekends and holidays, 24 /twenty-four/ hours a day, 365 /three hundred sixty-five/ days a year. estimated quantity 300 airline tickets, 300 hotel reservations, 300 medical insurances, and 200 travel cancellation insurances. the specified quantities are estimated, and the contracting authority is not obliged to assign them in full, nor is it limited to assigning only up to the specified number. the contracting authority has the right, if necessary for airline tickets, hotel reservations, medical insurances, and travel cancellation insurances beyond the specified quantities, to make requests under the contract, provided that its term has not expired and the total value of all assigned services under the contract does not exceed the maximum estimated value of the procurement - 200,000 (two hundred thousand) euros excluding vat. the quantity and destinations are determined by the contracting authority depending on specific needs, with preliminary requests.
