lot-0000, title: "provision of technical consultant services (certification of physical object) for the project 'digital upgrade of osddy dd' ", subproject 2 of the action titled 'digital upgrade of osddy dd' (code ops 5069423), description: the contractor will provide the contracting authority and the project owner with project management services during the implementation phase of the main project, technical advice, and support during the acceptance of the main project and in view of this. to this end, among other things and apart from those related to the certification of the physical object, it will monitor the progress of the implementation of the main project and will ensure the timely acceptance of the various work packages. these last responsibilities will be exercised under the guidance and overall supervision of the contracting authority, through the project management team, and the council of state, as the owner and operator of the main project. the consulting support must be provided during the following stages: a) implementation period of subproject 1, b) pilot operation, c) training - transfer of know-how, d) installation and trial operation in the production environment, and e) temporary and final acceptance of the sections of the main project. given that the main project also concerns a large number of regional courts, the acceptance committees must be assisted by a technical consultant, who will conduct the required on-site inspections and prepare technical reports. the certification inspections will be regular and/or extraordinary and will include, among other things, system tests, evaluations of deliverables, etc., regarding all the obligations of the contractors of the sections/contracts of the main project. specifically, the contractor will provide the following services, which are categorized into 4 work units (wus): ? wu1: project management services of the main project ? wu2: technical support and monitoring of the implementation of the main project. ? wu3: support in the acceptance of deliverables of the main project. ? wu4: management and monitoring of the implementation of this project.
