lot-0001, title: reconstruction of the premises of the municipal center for geodetic and cartographic documentation in suwalki, description: 1. the subject of the order is the reconstruction of the premises of the local center for geodetic and cartographic documentation in suwalki in the building of the city hall in suwalki, including: 1) removal of the customer service window and counter, 2) cutting out a door opening along with the masonry of a new wall and installation of new aluminum doors with glazing, 3) performing demolition work on wall and floor coverings, 4) bricking up two door openings, 5) performing new wall cladding along with painting, 6) replacing the floor covering, 7) adapting the electrical, heating, and air conditioning installations to the new interior. 2. a detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the description of the subject of the order attachment no. 10, bill of quantities, room layout, technical specification. 3. all works must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. 4. according to article 101, paragraph 4 of the act, in places where the subject of the order is described using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems, the ordering party allows equivalent solutions to those described. furthermore, it should be assumed that all such references are accompanied by the words "or equivalent." indicating the equivalence of the proposed solution in accordance with article 101, paragraph 5 of the act and under the principles specified therein rests with the contractor, in which case the contractor is obliged to prove, by attaching to the offer appropriate subject-related evidence referred to in articles 104-107 of the public procurement law, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order to an equivalent degree. 5. in the event that trademarks are used in the documentation or technical specification, it means that they are provided as examples and only define the minimum expected quality parameters and required standards. the contractor may use equivalent materials or devices, but with similar or better technical and quality parameters, the use of which in no way negatively affects the proper functioning of the solutions adopted in the design documentation. the contractor who uses equivalent devices or materials will be obliged to demonstrate during the execution of the order that the materials and devices used by him meet the requirements specified by the ordering party. 6. the use of labels in the documentation means that the ordering party accepts all labels confirming that the construction works, supplies, or services meet the equivalent requirements specified by the ordering party's label
