the project is located in the free state of saxony, bautzen district, about 4 km east of the city of hoyerswerda on the west bank of scheibe lake. the west bank of scheibe lake is to be developed for tourism. initial construction measures have already been implemented by the lusatian and central german mining administration company mbh (lmbv) with funds from vwa § 4. as part of this, a central parking lot, a playground, and a restroom facility have already been completed between 2023 and 2025 (sub-object 1). the city of hoyerswerda is driving the sustainable tourism development at the west bank of scheibe lake independently using additional funding.
lot 3.3 includes all landscaping and civil engineering work. essentially, the following services are to be provided: construction site setup; earthworks; delivery of plants including trees, shrubs, cuttings, fascines; planting and sowing of trees, planted fascines, grass sowing, and wet grass sowing through spray greening; completion and development care.

? the total slope with a height difference of 8 meters is divided into 4 small slopes of 2 meters each. access roads are located at the top and bottom edges, which can be used; the berms between the 2 m slopes can only be accessed with lightweight equipment. this must also be strictly observed during material transport. further information on access according to the construction description must be taken into account.
main services: supply and installation of 826 m of browsing protection fence; supply and installation of 153 m of root protection mat; supply and installation of 4,050 m of fascine; installation of 834 m³ of site-stored soil; 758 m³ of topsoil application 10 cm on lawns; 764 m³ of topsoil application 20 cm on slopes; delivery and placement of 14,205 willow cuttings in the area of the fascines; delivery and placement of 2,500 m² of shrubs in the area of the fascines including; delivery and planting of 84 deciduous trees including securing; sowing of 8,125 m² of grass areas on lawns and in depressions; 3,000 m² of slope protection through wet sowing.
