developing case studies ensures benefits are understood, proven, and repeatable, while developed improvement projects will support lower cost interventions with clear safety, carbon, delivery, and customer benefits. overall, the approach reduces whole life costs, minimises risk and disruption, and maximises the value derived from existing assets.
the activities are:
- support in identifying and analysing the performance of assets to increase or maintain service life, and the benefits of that.
- develop case studies to understand the benefits
- develop improvement projects for identified assets"
