lot-0001, title: "specific training for the management team of 'electric distribution networks west' ead on the topic: 'management of safety and efficiency in the energy sector under conditions of dynamic changes, digital transformation, and sustainable development, challenges for line managers and team leaders of 'electric distribution networks west' ead", ref. no. pps26-008, description: the management board of 'electric distribution networks west' ead opens and conducts a procedure for awarding a public procurement of the 'open' type based on article 132 in connection with article 18, paragraph 1, item 1, article 19, paragraph 2, and article 20, paragraph 1, item 3, letter 'b' of the public procurement act (ppa), with the aim of concluding a contract for conducting training for the management personnel of the company in connection with the management of safety and efficiency in the energy sector under conditions of dynamic changes, digital transformation, and sustainable development, challenges for line managers and team leaders of 'electric distribution networks west' ead. the aim of the training is for group, sector, department, and direction leaders to enhance their capabilities for managing safety and efficiency when working with their teams. as a result, specific mid-level training will be conducted for the leaders, tailored to their job descriptions and the future dynamics in the energy sector considering the green transition and digitalization. the participation of the leaders in the training program will ensure the acquisition of an optimal level of knowledge and skills and the sharing of good practices in the various structures of 'electric distribution networks west' ead and the business at the national and international level. review of offers: based on article 104, paragraph 2 of the ppa, the commission will evaluate the technical and price proposals of the participants before reviewing the documents for compliance with the selection criteria. the actions of the commission will be carried out in the sequence provided in article 61 of the rules for the implementation of the public procurement act (rippa). quantity and/or volume: the contracting authority forecasts that during the entire duration of the contract, which is 12 (twelve) months, 34 (thirty-four) employees will be trained. possibility of presenting variants: the contracting authority does not allow the submission of variants of the offer. estimated value: the estimated (maximum) value for the execution of the subject of the procurement is 41,721.42 (forty-one thousand seven hund
