lot-0001, title: separate position no. 2: "service for the temporary, paid use and maintenance of professional lighting equipment for the open stage of the sofia opera and ballet in front of the alexander nevsky cathedral", description: the subject of this public procurement includes the following services: provision for temporary, paid use of professional equipment (also referred to as "the equipment", "the technology") for sound (for separate positions no. 1 and 3) and for lighting (for separate position no. 2) of the rehearsals and performances staged by the sofia opera and ballet on its open stages during the summer of 2026, which will be located in front of the alexander nevsky cathedral (for separate positions no. 1 and 2) and at lake pancharevo (for separate position no. 3); 2. provision at the expense of the selected contractor for the delivery, installation, dismantling, programming, technical maintenance, and operation of the technology, in accordance with the conditions for the execution of this public procurement and the additional instructions of the contracting authority for the respective performance, during the execution periods of the subject of each of the separate positions; 3. provision of at least one person with appropriate qualifications to carry out technical maintenance and operation of the equipment for each rehearsal and each performance from the planned programs of the sofia opera and ballet, which will take place on the open stages of the sofia opera and ballet in front of the alexander nevsky cathedral and at lake pancharevo during the execution periods of the subject of each of the separate positions; 4. provision of a technical team to dismantle the equipment after the completion of the execution periods of the subject of each of the separate positions. the specific characteristics and requirements for the equipment, subject to assignment for each of the separate positions, are detailed and thoroughly outlined in the technical specifications approved by the contracting authority (appendix no. 1.1 – for separate position no. 1; appendix no. 1.2 – for separate position no. 2 and appendix no. 1.3 – for separate position no. 3), an integral part of this documentation.
