lot-0000, title: ticket system, description: the subject of this award is a flexible and fully customizable solution for selling tickets across many channels (online & onsite), including a built-in access control system as saas. the solution is to be designed so that it can be configured 100% by the client in principle (ticket sales and access control) without the need for external support or additional services. in the technical implementation, external experts are primarily not required, as the system is fully user-friendly and can be configured without further programming knowledge. an intuitive user interface and extensive customization options are required, so that all settings, workflows, and integrations can be made independently. changes made in the backend should be reflected in real-time on the frontend. we place particular emphasis on open-source software with open standards. proprietary solutions that restrict these criteria should only be used as a secondary option. the apps for sales at the box office (pos) and for access control should be android-based to enable the use of existing hardware from the client. support for the apps from android 12 onwards should be guaranteed for the duration of the contract.
