lot-0000, title: university of lucerne, ventilation system retrofit including building automation, bkp 240 ventilation systems (modernization) including building automation, description: the hvac system from 1983 (formerly post) has reached the end of its life. other systems from the construction period of the conversion to the university in 2008 show signs of wear. essential parts of the building automation such as controllers, hardware, and software have been discontinued. no spare parts are available for the old systems from 1983 and the discontinued building automation components. the condition of the systems has been documented in detail. the renewal of the systems is associated with energy efficiency goals. the effort for maintenance is to be significantly reduced. the upgrading of over 24 ventilation systems (modernization) as well as the partial or complete replacement of the building automation is to take place in 2027. providers are being sought who are capable of planning the retrofit of the systems and implementing it during operation (university operation). joint ventures are also eligible as providers. the providers who have previously been involved in the documentation and project preparation will be allowed to participate in the bidding process. all basic documents will be made available. the tender will be prepared by a neutral party. participation in a site visit on july 3, 2026, is required.
