lot-0001, title: services for the voting-discussion system of the klaipeda city municipality council meeting room and its implementation. description: services for the voting-discussion system of the klaipeda city municipality council meeting room and its implementation. it is planned to replace the currently used conference (discussion) system, to acquire and implement a modern conference (discussion) system for the meeting room, as well as complementary audiovisual equipment intended for the meetings of the klaipeda city municipality council and committees, public discussions, hybrid (mixed - in-person and remote) events, and to organize meeting broadcasts. to replace the integration component of the conference meeting management information system (tpsis) with a new one compatible with the acquired conference system and its software interface. more detailed information about the purchased goods and services, quantities, requirements, and other information is provided in the technical specification of this procurement (annex 2 of the competition conditions description). note: suppliers must submit the documents specified in points 38.2โ38.3 of the competition conditions description along with their proposal. this procurement is not divided into parts, so the supplier must submit a proposal for the entire scope of the procurement as a whole.
