Contract awarded for Mr. White is an accident reconstruction expert who will inspect the site and vehicle involved, if possible, and reconstruct the subject accident, including estimating the speed of the vehicle, review depositions, conference with the deputy attorney general assigned to defend the state in this case, critique the opinions/conclusions of the plaintiffs~ experts, and give deposition and trial testimony as needed, as well as generate a report and develop trial exhibits. For this case, due to the lack of necessary evidence from the crash site, mr.
