President Alberto Fernndez led this morning at the Olivos Residence together with the Minister of Security Anbal Fernndez and the head of CONICET Ana Franchi the presentation of the protocol of action for scientific research at the scene of the event which was developed jointly between that Council and the four federal security forces.The meeting was attended by the head of the Argentine Federal Police PFA Juan Carlos Hernndez the National Naval Prefect Mario Rubn Farinn and the National Directors of the Gendarmerie Andrs Severino and of the Airport Security Police PSA Jos Alejandro Glinski.This is the first protocol agreed upon and harmonized with the four national security forces and it arises from a dialogue with the Argentine Forensic Anthropology Team within the framework of the National Science and Justice Program.The precepts that were reached as a result of this work are of mandatory application for all officials of the federal police and security forces and must be observed by the experts that are part of a Criminalistic Team in order to guarantee the effectiveness and respect for the legality of investigations.Also taking part in the meeting were the Secretary for Security and Criminal Policy Mercedes La Gioiosa the Undersecretary of Training and Career Nazarena Beln Mora and the member of the CONICET Advisory Council Claudia Garca Bonelli.
