President Alberto Fernandez led this morning the opening of the first international seminar on organized crime New challenges of public policies against Narcocriminality which takes place today and tomorrow at the CCK to coordinate lines of work with the FBI the DEA and European security agencies and thus strengthen the operational and investigative capacities of federal and provincial forces.In the 21st century security is a human right and we must guarantee that right that every citizen has to not feel afraid when leaving their home said the president at the start of the event.Accompanied by the Chief of Staff Juan Manzur and the Minister of Security Anbal Fernndez the President said that Argentina has a serious security problem that we cannot ignore and assured that its solution requires joint work seriously responsible and joint.The president defined crime as a problem that has different causes and one of them is inequality. Also the Secretaries of Security and Criminal Policy Mercedes La Gioiosa and of Federal Security Coordination Silvia La Ruffa the secretary of the Internal Security Council Claudio Maley and the head of the Cabinet of Advisors Unit Jos Lucas Gaincerain.The seminar is an exchange of experiences with specialists and members of security forces and federal investigation agencies from other countries to learn in depth the nature of threats against public security.
