Basic Salary Teachers Tender

The regular meeting of the government was held on April 22 2026 and the following issues were discussed and resolved.
The basic salary of teachers and employees will be increased by 50 percent and additional and additional fees will be calculated from the basic salary
The governments resolution on approving the average amount of variable costs its components coefficients and regulations has been approved.According to the decree the basic salary of teachers and employees will be increased by 50 percent and additional and additional fees will be paid from the basic salary set by the government.
The Minister of Education L. Enkh-Amgaland was instructed to finance the expenses calculated as the average amount of variable expenses per student according to the procedure approved in the appendix of this resolution from May 1st of this year.
The meeting also approved the governments resolution on the national program Let every Mongolian child be freed from the backwardness of knowledge and on intensifying investment work in the education sector increasing access to kindergartens and schools and taking some necessary measures to reduce the burden.

Prime Minister N. Uchral announced that the Epic Highway project is being stopped
Citizens political parties and academics have repeatedly submitted demands to the Prime Minister regarding the Epic Highway project.Prime Minister N. Uchral believes that the Government of Mongolia should respectfully accept the arguments put forward by them regarding the environment traffic jams economic effects and the projects finances.
Public confusion and information related to the Epic Highway project should be put to one side and the truth should be established.Therefore the Prime Minister announced that the Epic Highway project is being stopped until the law enforcement agency completes the inspection.

The Cabinet meeting was informed about the economic situation and risks
The Ministry of Economy and Development has informed the Cabinet meeting about the economic situation and risks.Geopolitical tensions in the Middle East have had a strong impact on the global oil market causing short-term increases in fuel prices.The price of diesel fuel and AI-92 gasoline is increasing more volatile than the price of Brent oil in the international market which increases the risk of price increase in the domestic market.
This will directly affect the cost of production in economic sectors especially in the transport mining agriculture and trade sectors.Also there is a risk of increase in potential budget costs caused by the sudden increase in fuel prices.
The government has submitted the draft resolution of the Parliament On approving the rate and amount of customs duty on imported goods to the Parliament for urgent consideration. The Prime Minister of Mongolia sent an official letter to the head of the Government of the Russian Federation and the relevant persons. Also the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources G. Damdinyam worked in the country to negotiate agreements. He is currently working in Kazakhstan.Prime Minister N. Uchral said.
Noting that the Government of Mongolia is taking step-by-step measures the Prime Minister instructed each sector to develop and implement a plan of measures to be taken in a short period of time.
