In connection with the damage caused by the floods due to the prolonged rains we remind you that animal breeders and beekeepers can receive compensation under the state aid scheme Aid to compensate for material damage to dead farm animals and destroyed beehives as a result of natural disasters.Registered farmers with dead animals and bee families must submit an application to the relevant regional Directorates of Agriculture where standing committees have been formed. Officials will visit the livestock farms of the affected farmers on site to draw up discovery reports on the damage caused. The aid has been implemented since 2014 with all regional Directorates of Agriculture having sufficient accumulated experience and established guidelines for implementing the scheme.
