He emphasized on the development of Baganuur district as a key inter-regional logistics and production center based on its advantages of water heat energy and railway infrastructure within the framework of the regional development policy. In this way it will be possible to reduce the concentration of cargo transportation in Ulaanbaatar city and organize the logistics flow properly.
In addition while working at the Baganuur District Standards and Metrology Departments laboratory he expressed that he would study the possibility of working with private sector enterprises to solve the fact that the organization is working in non-standard rented premises. In the future the needs of enterprises and manufacturers for laboratories standards and metrology will increase and the scale of this industry is expected to expand so the need to create conditions for financial independence and market-based development of accreditation organizations is emphasized. While working at the Baganuur District Emergency Department it was clarified that there is an urgent need to update equipment and increase capacity in the future as more than 12-storey residential buildings light and heavy industry constructions are increasing in the area in the coming years.

The project aims to reduce air pollution and create a new source of energy by deep processing coal producing semi-coke and other products.
In addition he expressed that he will work in the steel and metallurgical plant of Meses LLC develop production and technology parks with a one-stop policy improve the investment environment and update tax and legal regulations.
