๐ Tender Overview
The District Municipality of Pacasmayo informs the population that, through Municipal Ordinance No. 006-2026, the new Regulation for the Granting of the Certificate of Possession to the lots that are duly identified in the Municipalitys graphic database was approved, adapting the procedure to current national regulations and facilitating the access of residents to basic services.
The Certificate of Possession will allow those who informally occupy a property and meet the established requirements to manage the feasibility and installation of:
Drinking water.
Sewer (drain).
Electrical energy.
It is important to specify that this document does not grant ownership of the land, but rather certifies possession of the property to facilitate access to basic services.
With this new ordinance, the application procedure is simplified, reducing the required documentation. To start the process, the administrator must present:
Simple application with your personal data.
Simple location plan of the property.
Certificate of Verification of Effective Possession issued by the municipality and signed by the neighbors, or Police Certificate of Possession with the corresponding signatures.
Likewise, the rule establishes that the Certificate of Possession may not be granted on properties located in risk areas, protected natural areas, archaeological or cultural heritage areas, land intended for educational facilities or areas reserved for national defense.
With this regulatory update, the District Municipality of Pacasmayo reaffirms its commitment to providing more agile, transparent procedures in accordance with current legislation, contributing to more families being able to formally access basic services that improve their quality of life.
