Mr. Hung asked, how can he get a refund of the amount he paid? Regarding this issue, Tuyen Quang Provincial Social Insurance responded as follows: To receive a refund of the amount paid for health insurance according to students at the university, Mr. Hung must declare full information according to the form of registration form, adjustment of information to participate in social insurance and health insurance (Form TK1-TS) (Issued together with Decision No. 366/QD-BHXH dated April 29, 2026 of Vietnam Social Security).
