In accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the certification of internal auditors in the public sector approved by Order of the Minister of Finance no. 1002012 at the qualification exam are entitled to apply the employees within the central and local public administration authorities public institutions as well as to the autonomous authorities institutions that manage means of the national public budget presenting to the Ministry of Finance the following documentsapplication for admission to the qualification exam digitally signed the work book or the document confirming the employment and seniority of at least 1 year in the fields internal audit in the public sector accounting economy public finance information technologies law and external audit authenticated and scanned identity card scanned the letter issued by the head of the entity confirming the accomplishment or participation in at least 2 internal audit missions in accordance with the National Internal Audit Standards digitally signed.Given the circumstances of activity conditioned by the pandemic situation the set of documents digitally signed or scanned is to be submitted to the Ministry of Finance exclusively in electronic format email cristina.scutelnic@mf.gov.md until of 31 August 2020.
