Days of April 30 May 10 and August 26 2019 will be considered rest days and Saturdays 13 April 18 May and August 17 2019 will be days off. A decision in this regard was approved today by the Government.The project aims at the optimal use by employees of rest days and non-working holidays.Ministries other central administrative authorities business leaders institutions and organizations will ensure the efficient operation of subordinate units on days considered working.If the employees who on the day of rest leave are not in working relationship with the unit concerned who are on sick leave on maternity leave on part-time paid leave for child care up to the age of 3 years unpaid additional leave to care for a child aged 3 to 4 years on annual leave on unpaid leave and on leave leave are not required to be present at work on the working day considered.We would like to remind that before the Government approved that in December this year in the context of the winter holidays the days of 24 and 31 will be free and the 8 and 15 December 2018 days will be working day.The proposed modification of the work schedule is in line with the provisions of the Labor Code according to which the Government is entitled to transfer the working days to other days.
