Moldova Republic Ministry Tender

The first working meeting of the Ministry of Finance this year with representatives of local public authorities was held March 6. The heads of the finance departments in the territorial-administrative units and the representatives of the regional treasuries discussed directly with the representatives of the Ministry of Finance about the current issues and issues of common interest.Finance Minister Ion Chicu welcomed the presence of territorial representatives at this event noting that the common task is to ensure the sustainability of the financial system and the Ministry of Finance specialists will offer all the necessary support in this regard. Ion Chicu also thanked the Chiefs of Finance and Chief Accountants for the work done in the implementation of the Law on the Unitary Payroll System in the Budget Sector. At the same time Chicu said the main goals were achieved by implementing this reform as a huge step towards developing a centralized payroll system.At todays meeting an exchange of views was held on the issues related to the execution of local budgets in 2019 and on how to collect and record payments to the budget peculiarities regarding the reporting for 2018 as well as the modification of the framework regulatory accounting in the budgetary system. The authorities were also informed about the implementation of the Law on the unitary pay system in the budgetary sector. In this respect Raisa Ghilan Head of the Wage Policy and Monitoring of Employees in the Budget Sector pointed out that the Law is still working on the improvement of the mentioned Law and that its implementation follows the established deadlines. AlsoFinally the Minister of Finance thanked all those present at the meeting and said that until the next meeting the Ministry of Finance will resolve the issues raised today. At the same time Ion Chicu congratulated the ladies present at the event on the occasion of the beautiful celebration - International Womens Day wishing them a lot of health welfare and peace in the family.
