πŸ“‹ Tender Overview

What is the policy and action taken by the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development in the area of environmental pollution reduction The Ministry is working on a number of policies to reduce air pollution. First of course citizens will be housing. According to the Governments Action Plan for 2016-2020 the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development developed a draft National Program on 150000 Houses and was approved by the Government 2019.5.22. In this regard citizens are paying close attention to the issue of increasing mortgage lending and loan leverage. The second issue is the rental housing program. In doing so we are focusing on leasing housing policies to young families elderly people and disabled people who can not afford to buy apartments. The third issue is the demolition of reconstructing and unsuitable housing for ger districts. Within this framework some of the work has been done and the results are coming from the beginning. We are planning to resettle around the Denjiin thousand area. What is the role of the ministry in this developmentTwo ger district reclamation projects are being implemented in Denjiin khudag district of Chingeltei district as two companies Barmon LLC and Monon Group LLC. The Monong Group LLC has decided that it is impossible to implement the re-planning of the ger area. For Baron currently 234 households have been put into service. Planning for Ger area housing is planned to build 5000 families in a given area. In relation to this plan the MCUD has been working on the solution to solve the issues of engineering solutions such as CTO water supply communication and power supply and electricity supply. In this way it is possible to enter 5000 households in ger areas.Next year Barmon plans to build 234 homes in Denjiin Sukhait. At present construction work is over 80. As a result air and soil pollution is likely to decrease substantially.Construction of new housing construction in the Khan-Uul district has destroyed the old buildings of Textile Yellow. At what stage of work is this engineering workThe Ministry of Construction and Urban Development MCA-M is implementing a project to re-construct ger districts that are not suitable for renovation. In the case of a re-constructing unused housing project 23 blocks of Khan-Uul district have been demolished and the old buildings of Yellow Textile have been demolished and built residential buildings with private investment.Currently Fuji Holding LLC Bulag Buyan LLC and MMJ Capital LLC are in the process of completing the housing project. In this connection the central ministry has pulled the central heating line 400 mm into the area. As a result the apartments are being built around the Yellow Textile providing reliable heating. Also renovating the water supply line. For the drainage system the existing 300 mm line is expanded to become the line of 500 mm. The signals were completed. In other words the residents and business entities living in the area are fully resolved. The solution to the engineering problem is the complexity of the Yellow Texture around this year bringing about 400 homes.Project proponents are also commencing construction of the same size next year. This is a good example of increasing traffic load and access to the engineering network and it is a good example of building housing for people and on reducing air pollution. In addition I heard that the engineering solution of the Baikal-Ukhaa 2 was being undertaken by the MCUD. As a result families are going to get into this indefinite apartment nowIn fact the line ministries have a responsibility to build a centerline of the apartments that do not meet the re-planning and utilization requirements of ger areas. In this regard our ministry completed two major construction projects this year.A major legacy project involving air pollution is the rental housing program. At present there are 1542 rental apartments nationwide. Within this year 1512 households were included in the rental apartment. In total 18 blocks of 972 households have been constructed and commissioned in the Buyant Ukhaa 2 residential district of Ulaanbaatar. At the end of this week residents of the Capital City Housing Corps will be residing in the apartments from the beginning. The MUB is responsible for 100 of this work. Our ministry has been financed by the Development bank of the Buyant Ukhaa 2 outside the engineering and financial network of the building. Within the framework of this project the building is under construction as a result of the construction of a large-scale water-efficient CTP for the construction of Buyant Ukhaa 2.
