More achievements for Palpa | On this occasion, thanks to the efforts of our mayor Mag. Javier Grados Tello and the constant support of our congressman of the republic Dr. Jorge Marticorena Mendoza, the Provincial Municipality of Palpa has signed an agreement with the Geophysical Institute of Peru (IGP) to carry out a study of Seismo-Geotechnical Zoning of the urban area of our town as a district.
As a preventive measure to contribute to disaster risk reduction in the event of natural phenomena in urban areas. The signing of the agreement took place in the presence of the executive president of the IGP, Dr. Hernando Tavera.
