And this is what the mayor of Castilla Walther Guerrero has been demonstrating when on Sunday morning he inaugurated the improved access roads for Terela, San Rafael and La Obrilla, a project with an investment of more than one million soles.
Also, in the company of councilors and officials, he laid the first stone for the beginning of the work on the sports center in the town of La Obrilla, which will now have a synthetic grass field, covered stands, toilets, perimeter fence and much more, with an investment of 810 thousand soles.
Little by little we are transforming Medio Piura, with a coordinated and transparent work. Today we inaugurated better access roads and we started the sports center in La Obrilla, but the biggest dream is the comprehensive water and sewerage project for all of Medio Piura, said the mayor of Castilla.
