The electronic medical record information system is implemented in 85 health centersIn order to strengthen the care of health facilities of the integrated health networks directorate (diris) lima east, of the ministry of health (minsa), carried out the delivery of modern computer equipment and specialized software that will allow the treating physician to access timely information from medical records to provide a timely diagnosis and treatment of the patient.
The equipment was obtained in the process of implementing the electronic clinical history information system (sihce), and is intended for 85 health facilities.
These devices include: high-performance computers, electronic medical record management systems and specialized software for monitoring health in real time.
The tools will optimize the management of services in the healthcare area, allowing health professionals to quickly access patient information such as medical history; and thus be able to make a more precise diagnosis and provide timely treatment.
To date, these devices have been implemented in 58 health facilities, including: mother teresa calcutta health center (el agustino); universal cooperative health center (santa anita); fortaleza health center (ate); miguel grau health center (chaclacayo); matazango health post (la molina); among others.
The improvement of computer and technological equipment is being carried out by the information technology management office (ogti) of diris lima este, and is being carried out progressively in health facilities.
