The National Superintendence of Labor Control (Sunafil) also carries out awareness campaigns to workers from shopping centers, at the national level. The Regional Intendance of Lima Provinces, led technical assistance actions at the Mega Plaza Shopping Center, in Barranca.
The regional mayor, Jesus Gonzales Camiloaga, together with the inspectors of the aforementioned intention, carried out an operation in the facilities of the aforementioned shopping center, where the safety and health conditions at work could be verified, so it was also fulfilled the need to evaluate the risks, in order to take mitigation and prevention actions.
Likewise, the inspectors supervised the facilities and electrical boards, the state of the emergency lighting system, as well as the fulfillment of the regulations in the access and roads of circulation, evacuation, safe areas and risk map.
Finally, the Sunafil inspectors team sensitized workers and employers in employment contracts and the verification of the electronic payroll.
It is important to remember that these work of prevention and technical assistance allow to inform workers and employers about socio -labor regulations and compliance with work safety and health standards.
