On August 26 of this year, the reorganization procedure of the Federal Center for Animal Health Protection, subordinate to Rosselkhoznadzor, was completed in the form of merging with the Federal State Budgetary Institution Krasnodar Interregional Veterinary Laboratory.
The merger of the Krasnodar laboratory will add experience and resources to the institute to effectively solve urgent problems in the field of zooveterinary hygiene.
The new branch will continue its activities and actively develop modern research methods aimed at protecting the health of people and animals.
The Federal State Budgetary Institution VNIIZZH is represented in the regions of Russia by 30 branches and 11 territorial departments.
