The first deputy chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets, representative of the legislative body of state power of the Ulyanovsk region Sergey Ryabukhin supported the implementation of the "Vector of Growth" program in the region. It operates annually and is aimed at the comprehensive and integrated development of working youth, increasing the prestige of blue-collar jobs and staffing the real sector of the economy.
The senator said that this year, 15 teams of leading enterprises of the real sector of the region's economy, producing strategically important products, participated in the program. They work in the aviation, automobile, construction and other industries.
“Throughout the year, young specialists demonstrated their agility, strength and knowledge in intellectual, sports and creative championships,” noted Sergei Ryabukhin.
According to him, the set of events contributed to the involvement of active youth in public activities and stimulated professional competition. Based on the results of each competition, a winner was determined and a rating of participants was formed. The absolute winner of the "Growth Vector - 2024" rating was the team of the "Ulyanovsk Instrument-Making Design Bureau".
The senator invited 50 young specialists from 11 enterprises of the Ulyanovsk region to the Federation Council to discuss the main results of the program implementation and to formulate a work plan for 2025. The most active participants were awarded honorary prizes.
Sergey Ryabukhin thanked his interlocutors for their excellent work and active life position.
The Vector of Growth program is being implemented by the Council of Working Youth of the Ulyanovsk Region with the support of Governor Alexey Russkikh and the regional Ministry of Youth Development.
