Global law firm White Case LLP has advised JP Morgan Securities Plc and Credit Suisse Securities Sociedad de Valore S.A. as Joint Lead Managers on the first sovereign issuance by the Republic of San Marino of 340 million 3.25 Notes due 2024.The Notes have been offered and sold exclusively to professional investors pursuant to Regulation S under the US Securities Act and have been listed on the Euro MTF market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.The White Case team that advised on the transaction comprised partners Michael Immordino London Milan and Stuart Matty London associates Pietro Magnaghi Milan and James Clarke London and lawyer Lorenza Fici both Milan.
