๐ Tender Overview
TARLAC CITY (PIA) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has improved its public service with the launch of the upgraded iMessage Online Ticketing System, a web-based platform designed to handle and process public inquiries, complaints, incidents, and requests. Officially launched on December 4, 2025, it allows the public to submit inquiries, requests, and complaints without personally visiting the SEC office. SEC Tarlac Extension Office (TAREO) Director Richard Laus said the system is part of the commissions efforts to show that it is focused on serving the public efficiently. Pinopromote natin ang iMessage dahil ayaw nating ang kliyente ay mapagod at makipagbuno sa traffic at init ng panahon para pumunta lang at maka-avail ng serbisyo ng SEC, he said. (We are promoting iMessage because we dont want clients to get tired and struggle with traffic or the heat just to visit the SEC office to access its services.) Meanwhile, SEC TAREO Securities Counsel Emerald Lansangan explained that clients must first log in at using their Electronic SEC Universal Registration Environment account to access the system. Once logged in, users need to select the service they want to avail and complete the rest of the form. Lansangan also added that clients can monitor the status of their transactions using the ticket reference number which can be seen at the Tickets tab of the system. While the commission encourages the public to support the system, Laus also said that clients who prefer to visit SEC offices in person are still welcome. The iMessage system is now accessible for services offered by all SEC offices and departments, including their headquarters in Makati City and extension offices in Baguio, Ilagan, Laoag, Tarlac, Lipa, Legazpi, Iloilo, Cebu, Bacolod, Tacloban, Zamboanga, Koronadal, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, and Butuan.
