From tomorrow, it will be necessary to obtain an export license before exporting certain goods, software and technology for semiconductors and quantum computers. The export permit is obtained electronically through the e-Licensing system.
On October 21, 2024, the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport publishes the Notice on the control of the export of additional goods , which imposes the obligation to obtain an export permit in the event of export. The notification includes additional goods that are not included in the list of goods in Annex I of Regulation (EU) number 2021/821 for dual-use goods. The control measure is introduced on the basis of national legislation with the aim of harmonizing with other countries and reducing barriers to international trade. The notice was published publicly on the central website of the state administration Control of strategic trade | GOV.SI and among the Public Announcements of the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport. The obligation to obtain permission comes into effect the day after publication and is valid until cancelled.
